Understanding Your Energy Consumption via the ‘Insights’ Feature

The Insights page in your Ecofix app provides you with a clear overview of your energy usage, what you're paying, and the peaks you reach. This helps you better understand your bill and manage your consumption smartly. Here, we explain step by step what exactly you'll find:

1. Billing & Peak Power

What do you see here?

An interactive chart that shows you each month:

• Peak Power (teal): the highest point of consumption within the month, expressed in kW.

• Billing (purple): the amount of your energy bill for that month.

Why is this useful?
You can immediately see if high bills correspond with a higher peak power. By spreading your consumption better, you can lower your costs.

“This chart shows the relationship between your billed consumption and your peak power. Interesting for understanding how your consumption pattern affects your bill.”

2. Price Overview

What's in your bill?

This chart and the overview below show your total cost and a breakdown of the different components:

• Energy Costs (light green)

• Network and Distribution Costs (dark green)

• Taxes (blue-green)

• Other Costs (dark blue-green)

Everything is displayed per month and can be easily filtered by year and by type of energy (electricity or gas).

3. Detailed Cost Breakdown

At the bottom, you get a total overview in euros for your chosen period (e.g., 2025):

• Total Amount of all costs

• The exact cost of each component

• The share (in %) of each component in the total bill

For example:

• Energy Costs: – €59.68 (-40%)

• Network and Distribution Costs: €147.48 (98%)

• Taxes: €30.81 (20%)

• Other: €32.15 (21%)

This way, you can immediately see where you're paying the most—and where there might be room to save.
