What information do we process about you?
That depends on how we know each other.
Want to stay updated on Ecofix and our smart energy solutions? Then we only ask for your name and email address. No longer interested? No problem! You can always unsubscribe via the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of our emails.
Are you a customer with Ecofix? Then we process the data needed to properly manage your energy contract. For payments, whether you choose direct debit or a manual transfer, we partner with our associate POM (accounts receivable management).
We do not process any sensitive personal data.
How do we use your personal data?
We only use your information to keep you informed about Ecofix or to effectively carry out our services. Simply put: we never sell your information to third parties.
For partners who process data on our behalf, we sign a data processing agreement. This ensures that your information always remains safe and confidential. In certain cases, we have to share personal data with authorities or other parties, for example, when legally required.
If we change how we use your data, we will let you know. Where necessary, we will first ask for your permission.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your personal data for as long as needed for our services and in accordance with the legal retention periods.
