You will receive your final invoice once your meter readings are known to us or when you switch to another supplier. We will always send you this invoice within six weeks via email.

On the final invoice, we will settle the difference between your paid periodic invoices and your actual consumption costs. Because you pay us every month based on your actual usage, you rarely face any surprises.

Have you overpaid? Then we will refund the difference to your account or settle it with your next periodic invoice.
