What will you do?

At Ecofix Gas & Power, we are looking for someone to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. No high tension, just healthy excitement: you’ll oversee our administrative processes and the switching flow of EAN points. In short, you'll make sure customers can smoothly switch suppliers without causing any administrative hiccups.

These tasks are part of your responsibilities:

• You meticulously handle customer and contract details

• You manage incoming requests and provide clear feedback to our customers

• You monitor switchflows daily to ensure they proceed smoothly

• You detect errors or blockages and think: “okay, how do we fix this?”

• You resolve exceptions as much as possible on your own, or timely call for help

• You guard deadlines and lead times as if they were your own energy bill

You can check off these skills:

• You work accurately and in a structured way

• You are adept with digital tools and quick to learn

• You remain calm and solution-oriented when things get stuck

• You communicate clearly and correctly, both internally and externally

• Experience in the energy market is a plus, but not a must.
