What will you do?

As the first point of contact for our customers, you're ready to assist them with their questions about invoices, contracts, moving, our app, or other energy-related matters. You do this in a clear, no-nonsense way, with a smile and a solution-oriented mindset.

You can tick off these skills:

  • You possess strong communication skills and can effortlessly switch between professional and informal.

  • You have a solution-oriented mindset and proactively think along with the customer.

  • Motivation is your greatest asset.

  • Being bilingual (Dutch - French) is a must, English is a plus.
