With our Friends with Benefits program, you receive a €5 discount per month per friend you refer.
It's not a one-time cashback, but a continuous reward as long as you remain customers together.
We’ll explain exactly how it works below and how you can make the most out of it.


💡 What is ‘Friends with Benefits’?


For every friend, colleague, neighbour, or family member that becomes a customer at Ecofix through you, you receive a €5 discount per month on your advance bill.

👉 This discount applies as long as that person remains a customer and consumes energy from us for at least one full calendar month.
👉 You can refer multiple people and significantly lower your monthly bill.
👉 But: the total will never lead to a negative bill (so you won't receive money back).


🤔 Who can participate?

Anyone who is a customer at Ecofix and has chosen a Flexy or Motion contract. (The online variants are not included)
So: are you already a customer and on that tariff plan? Then you can get started right away.


⚙️ How does it work exactly?

  1. You receive a personal link or code (You can find this in the Ecofix app).

  2. You send this to friends, family, or colleagues who are looking for a super friendly energy supplier.

  3. If they become customers through your link and effectively consume energy from Ecofix for at least one full month…

  4. …then you will receive a €5 discount every month on your advance bill.

  5. Your discount remains active as long as they remain customers.

  6. The discount is personal and non-transferable. You cannot pass it on, sell it, or combine it with other codes.


🎲 The rules of the game

We’ll explain the official conditions in plain language:

  • The discount is always up to 0 euros.So you can reduce your monthly bill, but not ‘below zero’.

  • The discount is month by month. You only receive it in the month that your friend is and was a customer (so no retroactive effect).

  • No duplicates. If two people refer the same friend, only one of them will receive the discount. The first who comes in with the unique code counts.

  • Strictly personal. Your code is yours alone. Misuse or suspicious use? Then Ecofix reserves the right to immediately terminate your contract.

  • No impact on your annual bill. The discount only reduces your monthly advance, not your total annual consumption or final bill.

  • No fiscal intervention from Ecofix. You remain responsible for any potential fiscal processing of these discounts (should it be necessary).


💬 Frequently Asked Questions

What if my friend stops with Ecofix after 2 months?
Then your discount stops at that moment as well.

What if I refer 10 people?
Then you receive a €50 discount per month, as long as they all remain customers. But your advance bill cannot drop below zero.

Can I save the discount?
No, the €5 is only valid for that month. Non-transferable, non-cumulative.

Is this for individuals and businesses?
Yes, as long as the customer takes energy under a non-online Flexy or Motion contract.
